We happily accept back the merchandise that has not been used and continues with its label and packaging as long as you notify the email: atencion@stelliumshop.com within the first 72 hours of receiving the merchandise and proceed with the return of the package together with the purchase receipt, upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a coupon for the value of the product (store credit for online use) will be sent at the sale price of the day we receive the return package. We are not responsible for the cost that the return causes, you can use the return method that best suits you.

Remember that if you are going to return merchandise, prices may vary, and a coupon will be discounted for the price at which the product was purchased on the day of purchase.

Merchandise will not be refunded when:

  • This has been used.
  • It has not been reported to the email atencion@stelliumshop.com within the first 72 hours of receiving your order.
  • Don't bring a label.
  • Do not add the purchase ticket in the package.
  • Do not return in the original packaging.
  • Those accessories that are damaged or present flaws, for reasons beyond our handling or shipping, cannot be considered for exchange or refund.
  • Any return request that is submitted after 72 hours of the purchase, cannot be processed.
  • Only regular priced items apply for the return policy, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be returned.
  • Each request will be evaluated in detail by a member of our team, who will specify the reasons for accepting or rejecting your request.

How to generate a return request?

  1. Send an email to atencion@stelliumshop.com with the following information.
  2. Email title: "Return - Your full name".
  3. Provide a contact cell phone number
  4. Attach your proof of purchase.
  5. Describe what are the defects you found in the accessory(s).
  6. Attach photographs highlighting relevant details.

Note: the email and its attachments should not exceed 10MB

Once your application is received and inspected, a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you about the approval or rejection of your application. If necessary, they may request additional information from you.

If your request is accepted, we will indicate the options to follow.

When you complete the return process, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of the new accessory, or your proof of the refund in a coupon (store credit for online use).

Shipments for return

  • To return any item, you must send it to our main branch.
  • The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • In case of a change, shipping times may vary depending on your location . And the customer would pay for this second shipment.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. Since we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item(s) back.
